There are many local groups working to support our green spaces.  Sustainable Dobbs wants to help facilitate the establishment of community gardens, support local gardening classes and look toward setting up a seed swap library in the Village.

Roots and Wings is the sustainable living initiative of South Presbyterian Church on Broadway in Dobbs Ferry.  Partially inspired by the Climate Action Summit produced by the Sustainability (Energy) Task Force in 2010, they host a local CSA, have a community garden, and sponsor gardening and permaculture classes.

The Garden Club of Dobbs Ferry is an active community group that hosts guest lectures about gardening, shares ideas and supports local environmental projects.
